  • Data Analysis & Interpretation

    We perform comprehensive analysis of genomic and transcriptomic sequencing data—including bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, small RNA-seq, ISO-Seq, and cancer-focused downstream analyses. Our work spans differential expression, isoform discovery, outlier detection, biomarker exploration, and more.

  • Workflow Development & Infrastructure

    We build, maintain, and optimize analytical workflows and pipelines to ensure consistent, scalable, and reproducible analysis for both research and operational needs.

  • Research Support & Collaboration

    We partner with internal and external investigators, support IGM translational protocols, assist with technology development, and help collaborators interpret complex data and answer scientific questions.
